What is Tidal Pass?
Tidal Pass is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) gateway for MSP tools. It gives compatible GPTs and MCP clients a single route to pull data from hundreds of MSP platforms using one universal Tidal Pass API key.
What do I get with the free trial?
The Scout trial includes one connected platform and 500 calls. Request it by email and we will confirm compatibility and arrange access. The trial duration and setup details will be confirmed with you before you start.
Does the universal key replace my platform credentials?
The universal key is for the Tidal Pass gateway connection. Your underlying MSP platforms still have their own authentication requirements. We will confirm the connection requirements for your selected platforms during setup.
Will it work with my tools and GPT?
Tidal Pass supports hundreds of MSP platforms, but not every platform or AI client has the same capabilities. Tell us which tools and GPT or MCP client you use so we can confirm compatibility before you sign up.
How do I purchase a plan?
Select Passage or Horizon and send a plan request. We will confirm your needs, setup, and billing details by email. This website does not collect payment or automatically create an account.
What happens if I need more calls or platforms?
Passage includes 10 platforms and 10,000 calls per month; Horizon includes 20 platforms and 25,000 calls per month. Contact us to discuss your needs. Any limit handling, overage charges, or plan changes must be confirmed before activation.
